Don a pair of comfortable shoes and head over to the Ames Moose Lodge, 644 W. 190th St on the 2nd and 4th Mondays, 3-4 pm, for fun and exercise. No previous experience is necessary. Dues are $5 per person per dance date attended. Membership is open.
