The membership enrollment period now runs from April through May 31 of the calendar year. To ensure your contact information is included in the yearbook and that you are eligible to participate in all club activities, please complete the form below and return it no later than May 31.
Please consider a donation to the ISUWC Scholarship Fund and include it in your online payment or your check, along with your dues.
New yearbooks will be available beginning in August at a drive-by location OR at the Membership Committee homes, OR at the Fall Opener in September OR at ISUWC Assembly Programs.
YEARBOOKS WILL ONLY BE MAILED TO HONORARY MEMBERS WHO LIVE OUT OF STATE.
